Real Estate & Land Development Group

Our real estate & land development programs include both equity and debt strategies and seek deep-value investments ranging from defensive, current-yield-producing transactions to opportunistic, return-oriented strategies.  We invest broadly across all commercial asset types as well as niche asset opportunities.   We focus primarily on the middle market, companies led by outstanding management partners that are in need of both growth capital and constructive equity sponsorship.  Programs are generally structured through customized accounts through co-investments, joint ventures and seeding opportunities.  Most real estate investment we consider typically comes with asset protection features which allow us to protect our investments.  Our capital typically takes the form of influential minority investments.

Yukon Healthcare & Life Science Group principally pursue privately-negotiated growth equity investments in high quality companies that operate in industries expected to be the primary drivers over the next decade.  We have significant flexibility in the structure of our investments and can tailor our investment to fit the needs and desires of the company owners and management.  We primarily invest in provider outsourced services companies that deliver a more cost effective, higher quality or more clinically efficacious services as well as provider businesses in highly fragmented sectors where there is the opportunity to build a market leading company.  We prefer to partner with founders and company owners.
